1. Refunds and Exchanges (If Applicable)
While we do not offer refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, allow an exchange in certain circumstances where a legitimate issue with the order has occurred.
An exchange may be considered if:
You received the wrong item
Your order arrived damaged during shipping
The product is defective or not functioning as intended
If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may unfortunately not be eligible for review.

Clear photos of the item received and its packaging
A brief description of the issue you experienced
Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you whether your exchange has been approved. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Unless otherwise stated, customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
